Bold Agency is its own showcase. The brief was simple: a sales site that proves we can ship more than brochures. So we built it the way we'd build a serious small-business app — and let the result speak.

The marketing surface is what visitors see first: hero with motion, dynamic pricing tiers, dynamic portfolio (data-driven from day one — adding a new project is one admin form), trust badges, live counters, build-slot scarcity, "why we're not WordPress" comparison, public changelog, and a free site audit page wired up for v1.5 PageSpeed Insights. Lighthouse 100 across the board.

Behind it, an interactive estimator: slide pages, toggle features (e-commerce, booking, copywriting, photography), and the price updates live. The recommended tier is calculated server-side and clamped to tier minimums. Save the quote with one email — captured as a lead with full submission breakdown.

The admin backend is real software, not an afterthought. Cookie-based session auth, leads inbox, estimate submissions inbox with breakdowns, full pricing-tier CRUD (price, copy, features — edit live, no redeploy), portfolio CRUD with screenshot helper, settings panel for slot capacity, contact info, live counter overrides, and Lighthouse score control. Plus a changelog editor so we can publicly ship updates the moment they go live.

Everything is built on Next.js 15 (App Router, React 19) + TypeScript + Tailwind + Prisma + better-sqlite3 (WASM compiler — runs anywhere including Windows ARM64) + Framer Motion. Stripe webhook endpoint already wired (event handlers in v1.5). Email through Resend (deferred). SEO foundation: programmatic sitemap, robots, Organization JSON-LD, per-page OG image, semantic HTML, Lighthouse 100 SEO/Accessibility/Best Practices.
