• Contact information you submit via our contact form, estimator, or audit request — typically your name, email address, business name, phone number, and any details you choose to include.
• Project information you share during a build — copy, brand assets, photos, and access credentials needed to deliver the work.
• Payment information for deposits and invoices, processed by Stripe. We do not store full card details on our servers.
• Site analytics — anonymous, aggregated visit data (page views, referrer, country) used to improve the site. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

• To respond to enquiries and prepare quotes.
• To deliver the services you've engaged us for.
• To send invoices, receipts, and project updates by email.
• To maintain accurate records as required by Australian law.
• To improve the site, our services, and our portfolio (with your permission).

We never sell your information. We never share it with marketers. We share it with third-party service providers (e.g. Stripe for payments, Resend for transactional email, Cloudflare for hosting) only to the extent needed to deliver our services.

Data is stored on servers located in Australia and the European Union, depending on the service. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest where technically feasible. Access to client information is restricted to Bold Agency personnel directly involved in delivering the work.

Our site uses essential cookies for admin authentication and may set a small number of analytics cookies for aggregate usage data. We do not use advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser, but parts of the admin panel will not function.

You can, at any time:

• Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct anything that's wrong or out of date.
• Ask us to delete your information (subject to legal record-keeping obligations).
• Opt out of any non-essential email at any time.
