Websites for allied health that bring bookings, not browsers.
Physios, chiros, dentists, psychologists, podiatrists, dietitians — your patients are doing their homework before they pick up the phone. Your website needs to be the homework: practitioner credentials, conditions you treat, online booking, accessibility, real trust signals.
Allied health is one of the most-googled categories in Australia. It's also the most regulated (AHPRA, TGA, advertising compliance) and the most accessibility-sensitive (older patients, vision impaired, screen readers). A generic agency template gets you flagged, sued, or skipped.
What we actually do for allied health.
Tactical, not generic. Each item below is something we'll build for you, not a marketing buzzword.
WCAG AA accessibility from day one
Health sites have a higher proportion of vision-impaired and assistive-tech users than any other category. We build to WCAG AA as the baseline (proper contrast, keyboard nav, ARIA, no auto-playing media). It's also legally safer.
Online booking that actually integrates
Halaxy, Cliniko, Nookal, PracSuite, SimplePractice — most allied health practitioners use one of these. We embed real-time booking from your PMS so patients book a real slot, not 'we'll get back to you'.
Practitioner profiles that build trust
Photo, qualifications (with AHPRA registration number where required), conditions treated, special interests, languages spoken, fees. The boring stuff that actually converts.
Compliance-safe copy
We don't write therapeutic claims that fall foul of TGA advertising rules. We use plain English to describe what conditions you treat without making outcome promises. (We'll flag anything in your existing copy that needs adjusting.)
HICAPS / Medicare / NDIS info upfront
Patients ask 'do you bulk bill?' / 'do you take HICAPS?' more than any other question. Put the answer on the homepage and the booking page. Saves your reception staff dozens of calls a week.

What allied health actually ask.
Will the site be AHPRA-compliant?
We follow AHPRA's advertising guidelines and TGA therapeutic goods advertising code. We use plain, factual descriptions of services and conditions — no testimonials about clinical outcomes (which AHPRA prohibits for most regulated professions). We'll flag any copy you provide that we think will get you a please-explain letter.
Can it integrate with my booking software?
Almost certainly. Halaxy, Cliniko, Nookal, PracSuite, SimplePractice, MyHealth1st, and HealthEngine all offer embeddable booking. Tell us what you use; we'll embed it cleanly.
What about telehealth?
Telehealth pages are a great SEO play (and a real service offering post-2020). We can build them with proper schema markup so Google understands you offer remote consultations and surfaces you in 'physio telehealth Brisbane' searches.
Do I need a separate page for every condition I treat?
If you want to rank for them, yes. We can build a 'Conditions we treat' hub with a page each — that's where Signature and up earns its keep over Spark. For solo practitioners just starting, a single conditions page is fine.
Patient reviews — can I show them?
AHPRA-registered professions can't publish testimonials about clinical care on their own websites. You can show Google reviews via the GBP map embed (which falls under Google's policies, not yours), and you can publish operational reviews ('reception staff were friendly, parking was easy') — just not 'Dr X cured my back pain'.
