Websites for real estate that win the appraisal call.
Your sellers Google your name before they call. They're judging your last 6 listings, your suburb knowledge, your team page, and your photos. Your website needs to be the silent appraisal pitch — and it needs to load on a $50 phone in Lota.
Real estate websites have it harder than most: heavy listing imagery, third-party data feeds, a dozen agents to feature, and the highest mobile traffic share of any industry. Most agency templates are slow, generic, and don't actually rank for the suburb terms that matter.
What we actually do for real estate.
Tactical, not generic. Each item below is something we'll build for you, not a marketing buzzword.
Suburb-expertise pages that rank
Forget 'About Brisbane' filler. We build proper suburb authority pages — recent sales, market context, school catchment notes, agents who know the area — for the suburbs you actually sell in. Each page is its own SEO target.
Featured listings without the iframe bloat
We pull listings from your CRM (Eagle, Reapit, Vault) via API, not iframe — so your homepage can show featured properties at proper Lighthouse scores. Falls back gracefully to a static hero if your feed is down.
Agent profile pages that convert
Agents are the brand. Real photos (not stock), recent sales lists, suburb specialisations, contact CTA front and centre. Each agent page is its own landing page for their personal Google searches.
Free-appraisal CTA done right
Two-field form (address + phone). One CTA above the fold, one in the footer, one after each listing. Goes straight to the listing agent, not a generic inbox.
Google Business Profile per office
If you have multiple offices, each one needs its own GBP, properly linked back to your website. We set this up — most agencies don't and bleed local search visibility.

What real estate actually ask.
Can it sync with realestate.com.au and Domain?
Listings flow the other way — your CRM pushes to REA/Domain/HomeHub, and you can also pull a feed back into your own site. We integrate the pull so your website shows your live stock without you uploading twice. Most CRMs (Eagle, Reapit, Vault, RexLab) expose a property feed API — we wire it in.
What about RPData / CoreLogic data?
Possible if you have a data licence. We can integrate property estimate widgets and recent sales data on suburb pages. Adds genuine SEO weight.
Do I need property pages on my own site if REA already shows them?
Yes — for SEO, branding, and capturing the people who search you directly. Your listing on REA is one of fifty on that suburb's page. On your own site, your listing is the listing. Plus REA changes their algorithm; your website doesn't.
How many agents can the site handle?
Any number. Each agent gets their own profile + photo + listings filter. Signature handles up to ~20 agents nicely; Flagship is for offices with 30+ or multi-office groups.
Can clients book a property appraisal directly?
Yes — embed Cal.com (or your CRM's calendar) for in-person or video appraisals. Most agents don't offer this and it's a real conversion lift over 'send us a form, we'll get back to you'.
